ASHMORE:
The Ashmore project provided the
opportunity to transform a 30yr old tired
project house into a stunning family home.
The
construction of an extensive hardwood outdoor
alfresco deck with a modern skillion roof and a
sparkling new pool have transformed it into the
centre piece of the house.
The home has been
fully rendered with an addition of a solid brick
front fence with security gates and intercom
provided.
The ground floor was tiled with
porcelain to create a stunning family room and
home office.
The home has been
replastered and the floor boards have been
polished. It has been painted internally and
externally.
The project has been
a complete success and achieved exactly as we
set out to do, to turn a tired home into a
modern family showcase, recently achieving a
record price for the area.
