HOLLYWELL:
The Hollywell site was a builder’s blank canvas,
a total renovation. Our first job was to square
off the dated arches over the garage doors.
We then removed 1 of the garage doors and
replaced it with a sliding door creating a home
office.
And the home was rendered and painted,
giving it a modern look.
We replaced the entire kitchen with granite
bench tops and both the bathroom and ensuite.
The whole floor area was tiled and new carpets
installed to the bedrooms.
Sliding doors were installed off the dining
areas replacing windows, creating great access
from the kitchen to the alfresco along with
bringing in lots of light to the living area.
The internals were all repainted and new blinds
installed.
The home was extensively re wired.
It was practically a new home, an extremely
successful renovation project for the family and
our company,
and once again achieved a record for a dry block
in the street when sold later in the year!
