LABRADOR:
Our clients at Labrador saw the potential of the
area when purchasing their latest property.
They called us in to extensively renovate the
property, to provide with an eclectic mix of
finishes.
It involved removing asbestoses from the roof
and external walls.
They were replaced with colourbond roof and zinc orb respectively.
The
external walls were clad with shadowclad timber
groove sheeting and achieved the beach house
effect as desired by the client.
The ceilings were removed and replastered all
being square set giving a sleek modern feel
inside.
Down lighting was installed along with new robe
systems.
A stunning new kitchen with granite bench tops
was installed and floors sanded and finished in
high gloss.
