Site works at fixed price [excluding rock and subject to results of soil test and contour survey]. Pier and beams at additional cost.

Termite protection to AS3660.1 including all concrete penetrations and external brickwork.

The following documents are required to be received by SUNLOVER HOMES prior to the start of construction.* Signed Master Builders Contract * Confirmation of BSA insurance *Balance of 5% payment * BA/ Council approved plans including plumbing approval * An authority to commence construction from your financier authoring SUNLOVER HOMES  to commence construction on your land or if paying cash, proof of owners capacity to pay * Completed colour and tile schedules * All variations to be signed off  * Proof of land ownership * In the case of House and Land packages through SUNLOVER HOMES client must settle ownership of land prior to commencement of construction

Construction and warranty insurance up to $250,000.

Surveyors fees, Council fees (based on Gold Coast City Council), Engineers certification to footings and slab.

6mth maintenance and workmanship guarantee.

Structural warranty is applicable provided that the structural defect is submitted in writing by a suitably qualified person (i.e. Engineer) within 6yrs from the date of practical completion.
